Nadine-Class of 2019 | Mead Senior Pictures | Longmont Portrait Photographer

Woo hoo…less than 30 blog posts left until I am caught up 😉 Just kidding, that is still going to take me a month or two! Today’s post is the second session of Nadine’s Mead senior pictures. This time we went to Golden Ponds Nature Area. The weather had us a little bit worried. While the rain mostly held off, it was pretty darn humid. As far as humidity goes in Colorado that is, at least! Nadine really wanted to get in the water for her Colorado senior portraits, and didn’t want to go too far from the Firestone/Longmont area, where we both live. I figured Golden Ponds would again fit the bill!

If you follow the blog, you already know that I again participated in the annual Shoot & Share photography competition. One of the images from Nadine’s last session placed in the top 10% for “teens/seniors” category. An image from this round of Mead senior pictures placed in the top 20%! It’s the one with the Converse shoes all around Nadine. Since she had rocked yellow Converse at her first photo shoot, I really wanted to create a shot like this. She had a few pairs, and her friend had a bunch more. I totally love bringing my visions to life! It’s hands down one of my favorite things about this job 🙂

One more session of photos with Nadine in the coming months! You may not recognize her for those ones, though, because she was sporting straight, dark brown hair…and converse, of course 😉 Nadine was one of the first members of my class of 2019 senior rep team, so she was in front of my camera a bunch!
