Dora – Class of 2021 | Sandstone Ranch Senior Photos | Longmont Portrait Photographer

Today on the blog, sweet and beautiful Dora! I had a great time capturing these Callahan House and Sandstone Ranch senior photos in Longmont. Dora kicked off my busiest season of senior portraits yet. I was so honored to work with forty class of 2021 students 🙂 Stay tuned for so many more of those sessions to come. Everything from flower fields, to urban graffiti walls, and of course lots of mountains and rivers! As I have mentioned before, I love incorporating sports, hobbies, and activities into my senior imagery as well. The class of 2021 did not disappoint. I photographed a swimmer, wrestler, multiple dancers/cheerleaders, a football and baseball player, a guitarist and violinist, so much variety…and I loved it all!

Dora wanted to incorporate her sporty blue Audi TT into her Longmont senior pictures. That was a lot of fun too! More typically male clients are the ones to incorporate their vehicles. I loved that Dora wanted to take photos with her Audi. Not only did I get to see Dora once last summer, but twice. Her boyfriend ended up hiring me for senior photos as well. I always greatly appreciate those word of mouth referrals! Thanks again Dora!

For Dora’s senior session we started out at the historic Callahan House. I always like this quaint Longmont location. It’s not super well known, and very pretty. Especially in the summer, it’s lush and vibrant full of colorful flowers and greenery! After a bunch of shots in the gardens, we headed over to Sandstone Ranch. This location is less about greenery, and more about the rustic wooden elements, and the golden, open fields 🙂 These locations together offered a ton of variety for her session. We certainly had no shortage of great photos!

I truly hope our paths will cross again in the future. Happy summer break, friends! I, for one, am extremely excited to get a small taste of normalcy soon. We are heading to California next Friday. A little bit of work, a little bit of family time…I can’t wait!
